Customer Service - Cranleigh - £18,000 - £20,000

Responsibilities:

  • General Administration
  • Incoming and outgoing post
  • Maintaining Office Supplies
  • Liaising with customers by telephone
  • Greeting visitors
  • Booking meetings
  • Data Entry
  • Liaise with Warehouse Manager on order defects or issues
  • Generate Sales orders for Purchase orders that come in
  • Assist the Directors when required with admin tasks

Requirements:

  • Microsoft Office skills including Excel and Word
  • Good communication skills
  • Organised with the ability to multi-task
  • Enthusiastic and flexible with a willingness to learn
