talentdesk are currently working with a large organisation based in Cambridge to recruit for a number of Customer Service Coordinators to start immediately.
Working in a team environment you will be responsible for taking high volumes of calls and dealing with emails regarding customer queries. You will also be liaising with other areas of the business to provide support. Other administrative duties will include updating the database and generating reports and invoices. This role requires previous customer service experience and strong communication skills.
Offering up to £22,500 per annum, this will be based on a 5 out of 7 day rota Mon-Sun, with start and finish times to be specified on a 8 hour shift between the hours of 6am- 10pm.
