My client is a global manufacturer and leader in their field going through an exciting period of growth. A need has arisen for an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to come on board.
The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic, customer-focused individual.
Provide first-class customer services to all customers over website, telephone and email enquiries
Ensure customer experience is outstanding from initial enquiry through to delivery
Provide effective resolution to any issues in order to mitigate escalations
Ensure CRM is updated and all actions followed up
Proven track record in a customer focused role
Customer Service champion with a genuine desire to deliver exceptional customer service
Ability to work individually or as part of team
Self-motivated, team player
Highly computer literate
