Customer Service Coordinator
Based: Newcastle-under-Lyme (ST5)
To £24k (dep on exp) + Overtime + Bonus
Office Hours (Mon - Fri)
Our client is a dynamic and entrepreneurial vehicle leasing specialist providing a unique One Stop Shop service for customers seeking a competitive and hassle free service. Due to expansion, an exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Customer Service professional to join the team.
This is a key role where you be the main point of contact for initial enquiries made (via online chat boxes) whilst also proactively engaging with potential customers via the phone to maximise interest and leads for the sales team. To provide online assistance to customers before enquiry through live chat facilities. This includes answering questions relating to the leasing product, what they can do, and vehicle specifications.
All communication will be geared towards securing an enquiry.
Supporting with day to day admin tasks including reporting and call checking and implementing processes and procedures
This will be worked on in conjunction with direct management and aims to work towards giving the individual the ability to manage relationships individually moving forward.
Outbound customer service follow up calls to ensure potential customers require no further information/support.
Follow up sales calls to customers who have been declined finance this will be to refer them over to alternative credit suppliers.
Outbound follow up calls to pre qualify leads before referring them to brokers.
Current and relevant experience within a similar role
Customer focussed with a confident and outgoing manner
A great telephone manner and natural ability to engage with potential customers
Sound admin / PC skills
