Adecco Recruitment in Ashford are proud to be working with a well know Manufacturing company based in Lympne, Kent.

They are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator to join them on a Temporary to Permanent Basis.

Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator

Location: Lympne, Kent

Salary: £23,000 per Year

Days of work: Monday to Friday

Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm

Start Date: Immediate

Parking: On Site


  • Manage Customer complaints
  • Schedule engineers work 4 - 6 weeks in advance all the time
  • Contact customers by telephone to arrange suitable timings for maintenance and repair work, confirm by email
  • Work with your designated customer service engineers to produce efficient, effective schedules of work
  • Processing of engineer's time sheets, expense and vehicle reports, highlighting any discrepancies to the Service Operations Manager
  • Manage and process completed work through to invoice stage
  • Raise repair quotations
  • Working in a team of 14

Duration: Temporary to Permanent

Interview Process: Telephone and face to face interview will be held.

Payroll: Weekly pay to then change to Monthly after 12 Weeks.

Holiday: Paid holiday
