Customer Support Coordinator - £22,000 + great benefits - with progression, Abingdon, FTC till end June 2020
Global CTS Recruitment are working with an exciting medium sized company who are looking to grow their customer support department due to growth within the business. This role is FTC till end of June 2020 due to restructure of departments. However due the growth of the business, a permanent position is potentially available once the department restructure is finalised. Hard work is valued and recognised within this business.
The Customer Support Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling customer appointments and fault visits, overseeing and coordinating field activities whilst providing first class customer service. The person will be responsible for, but not limited to, providing support to customers in the processes of installation, activation, trouble shooting and fault fixing.
- Scheduling and progression of fault repair contractors and engineers in support of customer service issues
- Scheduling and progression of customer installations
- Communicating with contracts relating to customer cases and information
- Answering and handling incoming calls
- Maintaining CRM systems, ensuring information is clear
