Customer Service Coordinator

A well-established supplier and installer of uPVC, window and door products, based in the Tewkesbury area, are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator.

Applicant’s duties will include speaking to business and home owner customers providing high levels of customer service. You will be responsible for coordinating Engineers to visit customers, logging appointments and issues on their in house system and advising customers of an updates.

Candidates applying for this role must possess excellent customer service and communication skills and have good attention to detail. Experience within the glazing industry would be advantageous but not essential.
