Customer Service Coordinator - Based in Batley - Temp to Perm

My client is a leading manufacturer based in the Batley area of Wakefield.

Your new role
They are looking for a customer service coordinator to join the team asap, initially on a temporary basis.
You will have management responsibilities for a team of 4 people in the customer services team.

Main duties will include:

  • Using an SAP/ERP System to order stock and equipment
  • Working with the load planning, warehouses, stock control and demand management teams
  • Preparing customer service reports
  • managing the team to hit KPIs
  • Provide reports to customers where required.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have excellent customer service skills, leadership and communication as you will be the main point of contact within the customer service team.
