Salary will be offered between £20,620 - £22,000 per year dependent upon experience. Working hours are Mon - Fri covering 2 shifts between 8.30am until 5.30pm (36.15 hours per week)
You will need to have excellent telephone communication experience and be IT literate.
You will be the first point of contact with their customers(homeowners and builders) who have inquiries regarding claims. You will need to build a strong rapport creating a good experience for the customer and advise them of the steps they need to take when handling their claim.
The successful candidate should possess strong, communication and inter personal skills, be able to be empathetic whilst being able to clearly communicate the information contained in the customers policy. Good command of the English language both written and verbal and preferably a GCSE A-C in English and Maths with previous experience in a similar customer service environment.
