Every now and again a great opportunity arises for a Customer focussed person to join this growing business.  If you like to contribute to society in a positive way whilst working on different things all the time then, role could be for you. Working in this team you will be responsible for being the first point of call for enquiries then assisting with the coordination of information and products amongst other administration support duties.

As the Customer Support Coordinator, you will be: 

- Dealing with incoming enquiries including making outbound calls to obtain information in order to complete order enquiries
- Working closely with another internal team to collate client information
- Providing quotations to customer orders
- Working with purchasing every day to chase up outstanding stock and ensure purchasing are aware of outstanding tasks to help ensure orders are fulfilled as quickly as possible.

To join the team as a Customer Support Coordinator you will have an excellent telephone and interpersonal skills with a good knowledge of Microsoft office, including Excel.  Some experience of customer database systems would be useful.
