As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will help form part of the company’s customer support team, delivering a high-quality service to the company’s client base.

The main duties of the Customer Service Coordinator include:

Responding to order enquiries/customer enquiries and updating CRM
  • Sending order confirmations and communicating delivery schedules to the customer
  • Liaise with internal Departments to resolve issues/queries
  • To keep and maintain records of all orders and relevant documentation for easy reference and auditing purposes
  • Reviewing all forecasting issues and raise to the Account Manager and Customer Service Manager to be actioned.
  • Booking accommodation, flights and travel where needed

The successful Customer Service Coordinator will have:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail and organisation skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Ability to work methodically, accurately and efficiently
  • Common sense with a practical approach to problem solving
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
