Can you offer outstanding customer service?

This temporary role is to support the Customer Service Manager and team in the day to day operations of the Customer Services function.

You will be responsible for meeting customer service targets working to high levels of customer care, ensuring that calls are answered and resolved in line with company procedures and quality standards.


- Liaise with customers to check on their satisfaction with the service and to introduce Customer Care
- Liaise and respond to customers on a daily basis with regard to outstanding issues either by phone or email
- Handle customer complaints or enquiries
- Monitor and deal with complaint issues until such time as resolved
- Liaise with internal and external partners to arrange appointments
- Build positive relationships with clients and customers
- Maintain filing for the department, ensuring this is up to date, which will be audited on a regular basis
- Admin support to the team, customer correspondence and paperwork
- Produce weekly reports

To be considered for this vacancy you MUST have worked in a similar role previously, and be immediately available to start work.

It would be advantageous if you had experience in an engineering, industrial, construction or manufacturing environment, within a customer service role.
