Are you an experienced Customer Service Coordinator and looking to make their next career move and join a well-established company that manufacturer and ship their products worldwide? The role is based at their head office in Andover, so candidates must be happy to commute or live local.

The Role:

A opportunity has arisen within the company for an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join the team. You will be responsible for processing all the orders from placement to delivery, contracts quotations and making sure the correct paperwork is produced for the exports consignments. Plus checking the shipments paperwork, booking collections and dealing with invoicing for letters of credit

Essential Criteria:

  • Passion for Exports - Customer Service
  • Freight Forwarding experience
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Commercially minded

Desirable Criteria:

  • Previous Dangerous Goods Experience

Salary & Benefits:

This company is looking to pay between £22k - £24k , for the right candidate
