Customer Service Coordinator
Deeside, Chester, commutable from Wrexham, Mold, Ellesmere Port
£22,000 - £25,000 per annum, 25 days holiday + bank holidays + pension + health insurance
We are recruiting a Customer Service Coordinator to work for an expanding company that supplies specialist products to a global market. Working as part of a small team of 5 staff, this role will suit an individual who has a track record of experience in delivering excellent customer service in the manufacturing sector.
Taking sales orders
Processing Sales Orders
Ensuring sales invoices are raised timely with dispatch of goods.
Matching delivery notes with orders
Liaison with warehouses/hauliers and forwarding agents
Maintenance of customer accounts and price lists
Maintenance of customer mailing list
Liaising with sales force and provision of daily reports
Customer Complaints handling working with the Quality team to resolve customer issues
The successfully appointed Customer Service Coordinator will have the following skills, experience and knowledge:
A track record of experience in customer services in a manufacturing business
Knowledge of sales administration procedures
Exceptional customer service skills with both internal and external customers
- Good organisation and planning skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to work as part of a team
- Proficient IT skills - excel and word
- Excellent numerical skills
- Previous experience using SAP would be an advantage but is not essential
Our client is a manufacturing business supplying specialist products to the UK and overseas market. The business is internationally owned and is expanding its operations. The culture of the company is open, friendly and supportive.
£22,000 - £25,000 per annum
25 days holiday + bank holidays
On Site Parking.
The hours are 37.5 per week on a Monday to Friday basis. However flexibility is required to be able to work extend working hours during March - May . Hours of work can be scaled back during quieter summer/autumn periods to compensate.
