Customer Service Coordinator

Hours will be Monday to Friday (8 hours between 8am and 18:30 and 1 Sat in 3 8am to 16:30)

Our client is looking to Recruit Customer Service Coordinator to join their bright and friendly team.


As a Customer Service Coordinator you will deliver exceptional and inspiring customer service to their customers.

The role:

  • Answering inbound calls
  • Dealing with general enquiries / queries via phone and email
  • Dealing with customer complaints
  • General administration duties


The successful applicant will be self-motivated, organised, calm and a confident and clear communicator.

Previous customer service experience is essential however we are willing to consider candidates from a retail background.
