Customer Service Coordinator

We are recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Coordinator for a well established company in the Horwich area. This is an ongoing temporary position and has a pay rate of £8.77 per hour rising after 12 weeks with free car parking.

About The Role:
• Supporting the delivery of the services to accounts across the UK
• Liaising with clients and suppliers
• Prioritising service requests on a scale of urgency
• Accurately logging all service requests
• Processing queries and updating systems
• Dealing with complaints, escalation and resolution of all calls
• Working to various levels of service level agreements
• Ensuring records are kept up to date and accurate
• Ensuring that all company accounts are complaint with the required standards

Essential Skills & Experience
• Confident telephone manner
• Strong organisational skills
• Keen eye for detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to multi task and working to strict deadlines
• Methodical, analytical and process led
• Strong IT knowledge
• Effective coordinating skills

About The Benefits
• Hours of work, Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm
