My Client base in Cannock is a leading company with in the construction equipment industry and they have an exciting, busy and varied role perfect for anyone who love to give exceptional Customer Service!
Daily duties include:
High volume calls - on average you will take about 30/40 calls per day
Identifying part numbers and serial codes for customers
Processing the orders once part and part code is identified
Progressing quotes for parts and progressing to processing of order
Answering all email correspondence
Responsible for all incoming customer enquries
Ensuring the customer's needs are met - upselling potential
The ideal candidate would have
Experience dealing with part's - machinary, cars etc
High volume calls
Excellent customer service
Interest in upselling or cross selling
Working hours are between Monday to Friday 7am and 6pm and 1 n 4 Saturdays 8am to 12pm
Option to do overtime!!!!
Team Bonus - on average £4k OTE
