A newly created role has arisen to work within a fantastic Customer Service department in Alton.

Ideally you will have previous experience working within a customer related position and enjoy multi-tasking and providing continuous customer support to the highest level of service.
The role involves:
Speaking with 3rd party suppliers
Responding to customer queries
Ensuring the phone line is answered in a professional and timely manner
Log query/complaint and follow up with relevant party
Updating the in-house database accurately
Co-ordinate and liaise with all departments
Able to prioritise workload
Excellent problem solver
Tenacious and methodical
Monday to Friday - Office hours
