Our rapidly growing client based in Newbury are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their busy team.
- Good customer service experience with product knowledge (not service industry)
- Team orientated
- Excellent telephone manner
- Basic Excel skills, used to processing high order volumes.
Main duties of the role are:
- Order processing and calling the customer when their order is incorrect
- Answering queries on the phone,
- Liaising with Warehouse and Purchasing departments regarding stock and delivery
- Providing technical information to customers.
