Customer Service Coordinator

Our rapidly growing client based in Newbury are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their busy team.

Skills required:

  • Good customer service experience with product knowledge (not service industry)

  • Basic Excel skills, used to processing high order volumes.

Main duties of the role are:

  • Order processing and calling the customer when their order is incorrect
  • Answering queries on the phone,
  • Liaising with Warehouse and Purchasing departments regarding stock and delivery
  • Providing technical information to customers.
