Customer Service Coordinator
Elliott Recruitment are pleased to represent a Redditch based client with a new opportunity for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis.
Working office hours Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm you will deal with incoming customer queries ensuring a suitable resolution is achieved.
Duties will include:
·Taking ownership of queries and complaints
·Allocating jobs to service engineers
·Processing engineer paperwork as it arrives into the office including ensuring jobs have been successfully completed and the customer is happy before signing off the job
·Liaise with project managers regarding customer queries
·Ensure work in progress systems are kept up to date
·Organise the weekly work schedule for engineers
The successful candidate will have:
·Excellent communication skills
·The ability to respond with empathy
·The ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
·Experience in Microsoft Office
·Experience in scheduling engineers is desirable although not essential
·Knowledge of the plumbing industry would be advantageous
