Customer Service Co-ordinator

Based in Wetherby working for a fantastic employer who offer excellent benefits.

Our client is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to provide support to all functions within the specified sector of the business. The role is to ensure customer communication and requests are handled effectively, relevant administrative tasks are completed accurately, and that full support is provided to enable KPIs, sales targets and customer demands are met in accordance with both the customer and business expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Distribution of the teams email correspondence

  • Manage customer expectations

  • Enquiry handling

  • Provide customers with delivery dates and information upon request

  • Process order payments

  • Take inbound telephone calls

  • Make outbound calls when required to customers and suppliers

  • Update CRM systems

  • Investigate, process and manage FOC and refund claims

  • Arranging and managing installation work and the sub-contracted fitters

Previous Experience Key Skills

  • Results driven with high level of autonomy

  • Previous phone and customer service experience

  • Develop and articulate solutions

  • Embraces and drives change

  • Professional mindset

This is a full time position working 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 8.30 17.30, the company offers 25 days holiday with the option to buy 5 extra days. There is car parking, a subsidized canteen and pension.
