This role will be to provide a pro-active customer services role to customers liaising between commercial and forwarding teams, lead to greater customer satisfaction and increase repeat business.
Manage all customer queries relating to Fertiliser deliveries.
Schedule delivery dates
Log products through in house systems
Raise delivery paperwork
Work closely with Logistics team regarding stock issues.
Strong Customer focus
Effective written and oral communication skills
Professional telephone manner
Excellent IT / Database Management skills
Previous experience of working in an administration and /or customer services role.
This will be a fixed term contract.
