Customer Service Coordinator


Our client is seeking a Sales Order Processor/Administrator to join their vibrant team on a permanent basis. This is a ideal opportunity to join a fast paced environment who provide outstanding service to a large client base. You will provide administrative support to the buy sales team and be able to prioritise a busy workload.

The role involves:

  • Accurately processing sales orders
  • Liaising with various Sales Advisors/Sales Managers daily
  • Provide quotations
  • Responding to enquires via their website
  • Tracking progress and provide updates on orders
  • Generate reports
  • General administration duties


  • Excellent communicator both written and verbally
  • Enjoys a varied, busy role
  • Knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Provides first class customer service
  • Able to communicate with Sales staff effectively
