An exciting opportunity has arisen within our After Sales department for a dynamic, enthusiastic and outgoing person to provide industry leading Customer Service for all our exciting motor products and related services. Working alongside another experienced Customer Service Coordinator, primary responsibility for the role will be coordinating the common day to day Customer Service activities such as responding promptly and accurately to telephone and email enquiries and providing official documentation where required. The role also requires that you work closely with other internal departments to resolve customer queries, make considered decisions according to our internal policies and procedures, whilst maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty to the brand.
Where required, you will also be expected to offer support to other functions within the After Sales department, such as Warranty, Technical and Parts & Accessories. We anticipate that the successful applicant will be proactive and motivated, having had previous experience working in a similar role and it is expected that you will be within a reasonable commuting distance of Yamaha UK’s HQ near Woking. You will have exemplary communication skills, be able to remain calm under pressure, be a team player and hold good computer literacy skills that are required for this position. Previous experience of a motor brand would be a benefit. Occasional travel including attendance at national shows and other promotional events will be expected. A full car licence is essential and a motorcycle licence would be desirable.
