Due to continued business growth and ambitious future plans, my client is looking for TWO Customer Service Coordinators to join their busy team!

You will be playing a pivotal role in the ongoing delivery of exceptional customer service, front line with initial customer enquiries and quotes managing through to delivery.

You will be passionate about customer service with a keen eye for detail and numbers! You will be supporting your team with an enthusiastic, reliable and positive attitude whilst ensuring all customers get a quality product at an affordable yet profitable price!

Joining a busy office, you will already have experience of office etiquette and business process. This role is ideal for someone that enjoys being on the phone, building relationships yet willing to get stuck in and focussed on the administration duties from quoting, to ordering to delivery.

Role Responsibilities

  • Responding to incoming calls and emails from customers and field teams
  • Prepare quotations, presentations, tenders
  • Creation of product codes, ensuring both ordering and reporting are correct
  • Order processing (checking, raising, releasing, updating, printing of orders) ensuring sales and purchase orders are placed accurately and timely
  • Liaise with internal and external sales staff and customers to ensure delivery is in line with customer expectations and is delivered on time
  • Review back order reports to identify and update accordingly
  • Co-ordinate the repairs/replacement process with customers and suppliers
  • Fully support sales and promotional activity within the department to maximise business generating opportunities with new and existing customers
  • Maintain accurate customer records, databases and filing systems

To be considered for this role…

  • At least 1 years most recent work experience within an office environment
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Proven ability to multi task and remain cool and calm when dealing with a busy workload!
  • Proficiency in Microsoft IT systems, specifically Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Professional and friendly manner
  • Strong team ethic and desire to work with colleagues to deliver team objectives
