Customer Service Coordinator (New Homes)
Location: Waltham Abbey, Essex
Position: Customer Service Coordinator (New Homes)
Salary/Rate: £28,000 + Company benefits + Bonus scheme
Type: Permanent (Monday - Friday, 09:00am-17:30pm)

Adecco are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator for our award winning and continuously growing client based in their Waltham Abbey head office. This is a permanent position with a successful and bespoke business that can offer a modern, luxurious working environment and a great place to work. The position will be offering a salary of £28,000 per annum on top of other great company benefits and bonus scheme.

Our client is specifically looking for candidates with new homes and property experience within a similar Customer Service role.

Key Accountabilities:

*Ensure all Operatives are completing risk assessments on their PDAs and ensuring they call in at the end of the day to promote lone working best practice

*Booking of all defects to be completed within their given date to achieve or exceed Customer Service KPIs.
*Obtain estimates and quotes wherever possible and challenge costs.

*Answer all written and telephone communications to clients and customers and ensure end-users are responded to in a professional manner.

*Ensure all appropriate contra charge letters are sent to allow maximum cost recovery.

*Proactively track target completion dates to avoid them being exceed.

*Ensuring that the best customer service is given at all time by managing customer expectations.

*Liaise with other departments, team members and sub-contractors.

*General administrative duties.

The ideal candidates:

*Proven experience within a customer service role within the construction or construction related industry is essential.

*Confident in building good relationships and rapport with customers.

*Excellent organisational skills and communications skills, both written and verbal, coupled with an eye for detail.

*Commitment to excellence and the ability to deliver high-quality work to tight deadlines.

*The ability to work effectively under pressure and on your own initiative.

*Receive feedback in a positive manner and demonstrate positive attitude at all times.

*Good written and oral communication skills.
