Customer Service Coordinator - Dutch Speakers needed!

As a Bilingual / Multilingual Customer Service (Event) Coordinator, you will be dedicated to our customers by identifying their remote audio-conferencing requirements and taking each customer carefully through the reservation of their conference, ensuring accuracy and professionalism at all times. You will also be responsible for ensuring the smooth and seamless running and coordinating of their audio-conferences including high profile events for Global Enterprise Companies. Using your language skills you will utilise these in communicating with both English and Dutch speaking customer.

We will provide thorough training to enable you to continue to provide a world-class service!

We want you to utilise your Dutch language skills in booking and running conferences for international customers, and of course your attention to detail, accuracy and communication skills are essential in ensuring we delight the customer on every single call.

Working closely with other West UC departments we need you to ensure that you are in the right place, at the right time and have the right information to deliver the customers conference to the highest standard. The variety of this role allows you to communicate directly with your customers, build long-lasting business relationships, take on administrative duties and support activities where required.
