We have the pleasure of working with a professional contact centre in Great Blakenham who now require a new Customer Service Advisor. We will be required to take inbound calls, provide excellent customer service and resolve queries.
- Answering calls and service requests
- Provide advise and information to customers
- Data input
- Taking payments over the phone
Skills and Experience
- Superb communication skills
- Min 2 years customer service
- Confident communicating over the telephone
- Strong administration skills
You will be required to work Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm. You must be able to work occasional weekends (1 in 5 which is paid as additional overtime).
