A Customer Service Consultant is required to join a growing company in Harwell.
As Customer Service Consultant you will be responsible for:
- Being the main point of contact for day-to-day accountability for actions that arise from daily operations and queries
- Account Management
- Engagement through communication channels
- Pre-sales and implementation
- Managing and reducing risk
It is essential that candidates are fluent in both English and German and have broad customer service experience in a B2B or B2C environment.
Experience of managing a large customer data base is also desirable.
