Customer Service Consultant

My client has been established over 25 years offering customers a diverse selection of cottages to rent for holidays in the UK and Ireland ensuring there is something to offer everyone. From pet-friendly cottages and large holiday homes to cottages with hot tubs.

The role of Customer Service Consultant involves communicating with customers/Property Owners daily, answering queries and aiding in driving appropriate questions online, a proactive approach to dealing with customers whilst having an in-depth knowledge of client processes and supporting customers and owners through the online process, ensuring that every customer contact maximises income per booking, that the quality of the contact exceeds customer expectations and that all Company procedures are adhered to.

The Customer Service Consultants must have a previous track record in dealing with customer enquiries over the telephone and via email.

Essential experience:

•Positive, empathic and dynamic approach to customers

•Excellent communication skills and an ability to negotiate

•Ability to think on your feet

•Excellent written and verbal skills, also IT literate and attention to detail

Nice to have:

•Previous travel experience

•Experience in working in a call centre environment

The role of Customer Service Consultant:

•The Customer Support Team may be called upon to provide support to other areas within the business, dependent on business needs

•To deliver outstanding customer service on every call and going the extra mile for our customers

•To resolve customer/owner issues in a timely manner and in line with the overall Company Guidelines

•Fully flexible working house over 7 days
