Customer Service Consultant
We are looking for people with great Customer Service Skills, who are looking to work for a successful, fun organisation.
The role will be to ensure that the highest level of customer service is delivered to our customers through ensuring a timely and efficient service.
Hours - 5 out of 7 days on a rota basis. You MUST be able to work weekends.
Monday to Saturday - 9am to 5:30pm & Sunday 9am to 4pm. You will get 3x breaks - 2x 15 minute breaks and half hour for lunch.
Pay - £7.83 p/h + bonuses
THIS IS A TEMP ROLE.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
To deal with all customer orders and queries by telephone, emails and letters and promptly process all orders/queries
To contribute to the attainment of the departmental target
Accurate data entry
Taking customer call backs
Provide exceptional customer service at all times
To make suggestions on procedure/process improvement
To embrace change with enthusiasm to ensure that the department develops and grows as the business develops and grows
Essential skills and experience:
Experience working in a fast paced role
MUST be flexible and able to work weekends
Confident and professional telephone manner
Works well under pressure
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Excellent IT skills including Outlook, Word, Excel and database management
Excellent organisation and time management skills
Self-starter, able to lead and take initiative when required or when unsupervised
