Customer Service Consultant

We are looking for people with great Customer Service Skills, who are looking to work for a successful, fun organisation.

The role will be to ensure that the highest level of customer service is delivered to our customers through ensuring a timely and efficient service.

Hours - 5 out of 7 days on a rota basis. You MUST be able to work weekends.

Monday to Saturday - 9am to 5:30pm & Sunday 9am to 4pm. You will get 3x breaks - 2x 15 minute breaks and half hour for lunch.

Pay - £7.83 p/h + bonuses


Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • To deal with all customer orders and queries by telephone, emails and letters and promptly process all orders/queries

  • To contribute to the attainment of the departmental target

  • Accurate data entry

  • Taking customer call backs

  • Provide exceptional customer service at all times

  • To make suggestions on procedure/process improvement

  • To embrace change with enthusiasm to ensure that the department develops and grows as the business develops and grows

Essential skills and experience:

  • Experience working in a fast paced role

  • MUST be flexible and able to work weekends

  • Confident and professional telephone manner

  • Works well under pressure

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

  • Excellent IT skills including Outlook, Word, Excel and database management

  • Excellent organisation and time management skills

  • Self-starter, able to lead and take initiative when required or when unsupervised
