Hunters’ client is a leading property specialist. We require a team player with positivity and high energy who loves to deliver great customer service. This is a quite a repetitive role but being part of the team and a great company to work for helps! Employment will initially be a short a temp contract (£7.50 per hour) with a view of the right person being given a 6 month fixed term contract.

Job Summary

You will be the first point of contact for all sales enquiries. You will be responsible for all incoming calls from potential customers as well as contacting potential customers who have enquired via the Website or e-mail. Continually providing excellent service to all our customers.

The role involves qualifying all leads to minimum criteria. If the enquiry does not meet the required criteria the lead can be passed to one of our partner agents for a valuation. The role does involve working to meet achievable targets.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and calling warm leads
  • Using the call flow to qualify leads and turning that lead into an opportunity
  • Referring potential leads to our Partner Agents for a valuation
  • Real time completion of the CRM database

Specific Experience

  • Experienced in dealing with high volume of calls
  • A year’s experience working in a Sales environment
  • Active listening skills
  • Computer literate
