Adecco are proud to be working with a well established Construction Company who are seeking a Customer Service Consultant to join their expanding team on the outskirts of Ashford.
Your main duties within this position will be as follows:
*Responding to customer queries
*Maintain a Customer Database
*Process quotations to orders
*Liaising with other departments within the business to provide an efficient process for Customers
*Dealing with Customers via telephone, email and occasionally face to face
* Up selling
Your main responsibilities within this role will be to provide the best customer service to customers who are placing orders, being their point of contact throughout their order process. This role does not involve cold calling, some outbound calls will be made when following up on leads or in quieter periods.
The ideal Candidate will be confident when dealing with customers, think outside the box to promote more opportunities within the business and you must be flexible with great attention to detail.
In return for this, you will be working Monday to Friday between 9am - 5:30pm, with a Salary of £18,000 plus commission.
