This opportunity is to join the UK’s leading financial services organisation. They are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Consultant and to join the Cardiff office. - Manage customer contact - ensure majority of requests are dealt with on a one-stop basis
- Build positive relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Proactivley manage relationships with customers, IFA’s and internal departments
- Support business opportunities to retain business through understanding customers needs
- Undertake complaint handling by following defined process
Skills / Experience
- Previous Customer Services experience
- Great rapport building skills
- Computer literate
- Ability to work to targets / SLA’s
- Good attention to detail on administrative tasks
