Customer Service Consultant

My client is a large financial services company in Kings Hill, Kent - they are a growing company and have recently won some new work so are now looking for a number of customer service representatives to join their expanding call centre.

They have a competitive starting salary of £18,000 which will increase to £19,200 after 6 months, with the opportunity to earn an additional 35% of your salary through bonus. They also offer a great benefits package, such as pension, travel insurance, health insurance, gym membership subsidy, and much much more.

The role is telephone based and involves working in an exciting and dynamic call centre - you will work as part of a close-knit team and be speaking to a variety of different customers on a daily basis, understanding their individual situation, showing empathy and respect, and providing fair outcomes and tailored solutions depending on their circumstances.

The ideal candidate for this role is someone with excellent verbal communication skills and good telephone manner, who is very customer focused and enjoys speaking to people and making a real difference to the customers you interact with.

You will work on a rotating shift pattern - 7:45-14:30 one week and then 14:15-21:00 the following week, and every other Saturday morning from 8:45-13:30.

You will embark on an amazing, comprehensive training programme that will not only equip you with all the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in this role, but it will set you up for success for when you want to progress throughout the organisation.
