Our prestigious client in Reading town centre are seeking to appoint customer service consultants for this expanding and busy team.
Please note there is no parking at this role due to the central location.
- You role will see you delivering a high quality customer service to Financial Services brokers.
- The role will be 50% office administration and 50% telephone based.
- Able to take calls from initial phone call to completion.
- A comprehensive training programme will be offered

- Experience in a customer service role (Retail or office based)
- Experience in delivering a high level of customer service
- Educated to GCSE level - including Grade C or above in English and Maths
- Good standard of English and the ability to create emails and letters
- Excellent communicator
- Highly organised with good time management skills
- Good IT skills- Microsoft Office
- A positive and friendly telephone manner
