Our client based in Maidenhead are seeking 2 Customer Service Agents to work on a 3 month project. The project involves looking into the root cause of complaints and support the implementation of improvement activity to reduce volumes.
The role is heavily telephone based so therefore requires applicants to come from a Customer Service/Call Centre role, ideally within a regulated environment.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am until 5.30pm with optional paid overtime.
Our client are offering a salary of £17,500 - £18,000 DOE + up to 10% bonus, pension, private healthcare, life insurance, holiday pay and a number of other incentives!
