Customer Service & Complaints Advisor

Solutions are delighted to be recruiting for a full time Customer Service & Complaints Advisor to work in the Darlington area. The role will involve working as part of a busy team, duties will include:

Answering a high volume of customer calls as first point of contact for a large organisation

Providing exceptional customer service at all times

Dealing with complaints, showing empathy and helping resolve the issues

Ensuring all complaints are logged on the correct internal system, customers are updated and aware of the complaints procedure

Liaising with internal departments

Answering customer emails and tracking all communication

The role would suit a candidate with good communication skills, someone who is confident dealing with complaints and is ideally from a contact centre customer service background. Candidates who have some financial experience and/or have talked customers through an online portal, would have excellent transferable skills for this role.
