Customer service in rapidly growing local family firm with great reputation & culture: Temp to perm in March

JOB TITLE: Customer service co-ordinator
JOB LOCATION: March, Cambridgeshire PE15
JOB TYPE: Temp first with plans for permanent
JOB HOURS: 8am - 4pm with 1 hour for lunch (poss flexible)
JOB NOTES: this role is 100% in the office - NO REMOTE WORKING

Your new company
My client is a well known and well respected local family firm that is going through a growth spurt off the back of clever management during the pandemic and business excellence that has seen them winning new business and expanding operations.

Your new role
Your job will be to work in the main office in a buzzy and vibrant environment, providing support and information to customers and colleagues in other departments. You'll be solving problems, providing information and duplicated information that has gone missing, completing reports and general admin.

What you'll need to succeed
My client is looking for someone who can start quickly and has proven office based customer service experience. You'll be happy to speak to people from all walks of life and my client is looking for someone professional, friendly, a quick learner, someone who is a great team player and has a strong work ethic.
