Our client is a niche manufacturing company and is the UK’s market leader in its field. Due to expansion, they are seeking a further Customer Service Co-ordinator who will form part of their Customer Services team.
The main purpose of the roles is to act as the liaison point between internal teams and the customer.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Guiding customers through the journey from start to finish and liaising with them throughout the process to provide updates
Recording all new enquiries, paying attention to their specification
Providing customers with quotations and supporting literature
Ensuring that existing quotes are kept up to date, amended and provided to the relevant customers, should the specification change
Processing all domestic and commercial orders
Providing the relevant departments with clear and accurate information
Ensuring that all processes are followed correctly and that relevant systems are kept up to date
Confirming with customers that works have been completed to their satisfaction and to ensure that all remedial logs and processes are followed should any issues arise
We would like to hear from candidates who:
Have ideally gained experience in an office-based customer service role
Have exceptional communication skills, and can quickly and easily build rapport
Have experience liaising between customers and internal stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
Are computer literate with experience on Microsoft Office
Are organised, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise their own workload
To succeed you will be a natural and confident communicator, both verbally and written.
You will also be someone who prides themselves on consistently providing high levels of customer service, which will ultimately support the company in achieving their business growth
