A well established and highly successful Distribution company based in Burnley are looking to recruit for a Permanent Customer Service Co-ordinator to join their team due to continued growth. This is a family owned business who pride themselves on keeping the 'family feel' element across the business and believe their people are at the heart of what they do.
Joining this vibrant team of 5; you will be responsible for managing your own Key Accounts and so the ability to build and maintain successful customer relationships is essential to this role. You will build an extensive knowledge of your client orders and/or products, check stock availability, advise on product availability and offer suitable alternatives. You will also pro-actively up-sell additional products and services where appropriate. Other duties will include liaising with couriers and the transportation department regarding deliveries, resolving any queries and/or complaints escalating where necessary and liaising with the finance team in regards to invoicing.
This role offers a salary of £20,000 pa, free parking, 21 days holiday plus BH and excellent progression opportunities.
To be successful in this role the ideal candidate will have experience within key account management, have a confident and enthusiastic nature and have the ability to work within a fast-paced and challenging environment.
