Our client is a world leading producers of products to the food service industry. As a result of their plantation experience all the products come from sustainable sources, they respect nature and local communities and using a cost effective method for businesses and customers. Due to a change in the customer service team they are seeking an experienced Customer Service Co-ordinator to look after sales order processing, planning and logistics for key clients.
Your new role
As a Customer Service Co-ordinator you will be communicating with customers to establish call off requirements and enter information into the contract database, plan the required production using Sage, reviewing materials and placing orders and tracking the deliveries, invoices and payments required. Other duties will be organising transport in the most efficient way, producing and presenting customer service reports and providing support to internal departments.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience within a Customer Service role / sales order processing role, ideally experience within manufacturing or distribution (although not essential), flexibility and excellent communication skills.
What you'll get in return
Hours operate on a rota basis between 7.00am to 6.00pm (shift pattern: 7.00-4.00, 8.00-5.00 and 9.00-6.00). Salary £20,500 rising after probation. Free parking and other benefits available.
