JOB SUMMARY
An exciting opportunity has arisen within our dynamic Woking based client in their After Sales Department. They are seeking an outgoing person to provide industry leading Customer Service.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Provide a high level of service with a Customer Centric focus to resolve queries and respond to enquiries with the end user of the product.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty to the brand
  • Liaise with colleagues and create positive interdepartmental relationships bringing resolutions to their conclusions.
  • Support other areas of the department and provide Customers and Dealer’s with relevant administration to ensure continued enjoyment of the product.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proactive and motivated
  • Previous experience working in a similar role ideal
  • Exemplary communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Team player
