Customer Service Co-ordinator

  • Company based in Tonbridge is looking for someone to join their expanding team. Monday to Friday 9-5.30. £20-23K depeding on experience: Immediate start

Duties to include:

  • Receiving and responding to customers special requirements and queries
  • Logging breakdowns and ensuring works are completed within time scales set by the clients
  • Ensure reactive call outs are carried out within cost order limits
  • Scheduling the engineers call outs and pre planned maintenance visits to ensure the engineers productivity and that all targets are met
  • Updating customer web sites
  • Updating in house systems
  • Receiving and responding to field engineers requirements and queries
  • Invoicing
  • Updating customer schedules
  • As a team of three, answering the majority of incoming phone calls to the offices
  • As a team of three, filtering all emails to our generic email address
  • General office duties
  • The role will involve dealing with our engineers in the Southern Region, however, the candidate may be required to cover other regions at times
  • Must enjoy and be proficient with phone work
  • Must be computer literate in Microsoft Office packages
  • Some working knowledge of excel spreadsheets
  • Enjoy dealing with customers and field-based staff
  • Must be able to multi-task
