An exciting opportunity has arisen within Milton Keynes, working for a national market leader. Part of a team you will be first point of contact for all enquiries, ideally you will have property, house builder or maintenance knowledge and experience.
Taking ownership of all ongoing customer issues, allocate resources and coordinate/schedule CRM’s diaries. Respond to calls, emails and provide reports on any work carried out. Consistently keep all parties up to date - customers, maintenance operatives and stakeholders.
Strong communication skills are required for this role with the ability to work independently, prioritise work and take initiative.
