Job Title: Customer Services Co-ordinator


Hours:Part time -Mon - Fri - 9am - 1pm

Salary:£18,700 pro rata

Location:Shirley, Solihull


Working with a successful company based on the outskirts of Solihull this role involves the co-ordination of activity in relation to client accounts. You will be processing messages and enquiries from clients in a professional manner. It is essential that you have excellent customer service skills and a confident approach over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

*Manage day to day planned activity, ensure messages are recorded on the system, quality checked and forwarded to relevant contacts.
*Updating internal systems to capture all relevant information.
*Transcript voice messages and edit audio files.
*Liaise with clients over the phone, deal with queries, issues and take enquiries.
*Produce statistical reports.
*Support the team with general administration duties.

Essential Attributes:

*Previous customer service experience.
*Ability to communicate effectively, both written and orally.
*A team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
*Capability to plan, prioritise and manage own workload
*Ability to work to tight deadlines
*Professional and approachable at all times
