Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator- Vendor
Location: Welwyn Garden City
Salary: £24,000 (salary review after 6 months)
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8:00am - 5:00pm)

Adecco Welwyn Garden City is working with a very exciting client based in Welwyn. They are currently looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their team. Previous experience with in a fast paced Customer Service Environment, Confident in dealing with people on the phone, ability to Multi-task, use of SAP, and knowledge of simple Excel spread sheets.

Main Job Role:

*To Process & Manage all vendor orders through delivery
*Ensure all Customer concerns are logged "live"
*Buddy check orders
*Issue order confirmations when required
*Answer all incoming calls relating to Customer enquiries
*Manage priority/failed deliveries through Completion
*Sending Order Confirmations
*40/50 Orders a day
*Picking up the orders and then placing the orders with the vendors

Knowledge:

*Use of SAP within order processing Environment
*Dealing with customers over the telephone
*Ability to multitask
*Interpersonal Skills
*Ability to Prioritise
