Customer Service Co ordinator

Based in central Southampton, a fantastic opportunity to join a successful and expanding telephone services company.

You will be responsible daily for:

  • Answering routine telephone enquiries and directing calls to the appropriate person
  • Completing all after call reports and administration from your own and your colleagues calls
  • Support the successful running of call regular call events
  • Ensure all Service Targets are met
  • Ensure invoice production is quickly managed following each completed call.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the following skills:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Be highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Have a focus on high quality performance
  • Be self motivated and flexible with working patterns between 7.15am and 7.00pm Monday to Friday
  • Have excellent customer service skills, and be able to actively recommend better and appropriate products and services to customers when taking bookings and enquiries
  • Be able to demonstrate good business writing skills ie email and letters
  • Be IT confident particularly with MS Word and Excel
