Have you specific experience in call centre customer service & Insurance claims handling, Currently recruiting additional office based experienced call centre customer service / Customer Complaints Claims Advisor to work at our main offices in Crewe.

The role of the customer service complaints advisor is to support customers regarding their Personal Insurance policies. or investigate any potential complaints or queries they have .

This fantastic Career opportunity isPermanent with salary of 18 -19 k

The ideal candidate will have.

Previous customer service /call centre, insurance or claims experience ideally over the phone

Will be confident and have experience in dealing with customer queries ideally within Insurance & insurance claims industry

Have a confident & professional telephone manner

Be passionate about customer service & resolving queries

Have a passion for learning

Be a confident professional team player
