Customer Service Champion
Type: Full Time, Permanent
Salary: £18,000 - £22,000
This is a fantastic opportunity for an outstanding Customer Service Champion to join a fast growing and vibrant company in Birmingham! If you are a proactive, enthusiastic self-starter with a passion for providing a first class customer service experience then we want to hear from you!
Key duties will include:
- Providing an exceptional level of customer service via both telephone and email
- Various administrative duties associated with the role
- Assisting within all other areas of the business as required and when necessary
- Working with advanced IT systems
- In depth data analysis and report production
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Outstanding communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Proficient in IT systems with strong Microsoft excel skills
- An enthusiastic, proactive and 'can-do' attitude
- Enjoys taking ownership and being accountable for their own work
- Works well within a team
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good numerical and problem solving skills
